e-Services portal accommodates number of online housing services which implies no paperwork and saves customers' time. 

This section describes the procedure for requesting housing service in e-Services portal.

Request a housing service


Apply the housing request in no time with simple steps given below:




Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.


Step1:

Select the service the Housing Request from  service from the section Services.


Step2:

Click on Add new request icon to start the new housing request




Step3:

Verify the prepopulated Person information and enter the required information then click on Continue button




Step4:

Select the service required from the Eligible services listed

  • Housing construction grant
  • Housing construction
  • Housing unit loan from local market
  • Housing loan
  • Establishment and building loan
  • Apartment grant




Step5:

Accept the terms and conditions and click on Continue button





 

Step6:

Provide the required Personal information and click on Next button




Step7:

Provide the Employment details and click on Next button




Step8:

Enter the Finance information and click on Next button




Step9:

Upload the documents by clicking on Add button



Step10:

Click on Finish button




In case the service requested is Residential Land Grant/ House Construction Loan then the user needs to commit the Obligation to build step by submitting the OTP received in the mobile number registered with MBRHE.


User able to modify and/ or delete the ticket before submitting it.


Thus, the housing request is submitted successfully. 




View the status of housing requests


Tickets generated for all the housing services requested, are displayed under the Housing Request list page.


OR


Find the housing requests on the dashboard.


 Click on Show more to view all the housing requests created.




View the status of tickets as Approved, Submitted, Rejected, Expired or Open.
