Introduction to Muftah

| Download the application from Appstore or Google Play Store in iOS or Android devices respectively and install it | Open the ISKAN mobile application | Tap on Floating button | Tap on Chatbot (Talk with Muftah) icon to start chat with Muftah |

Introduce yourself by providing Contact Information or using the UAE Pass channel. |

Introduce yourself to Muftah by providing Contact Information | Muftah requires basic information about users before proceeding to chatbot environment. Please enter your Contact Information,
| Tap on Submit button to complete your introduction | Users introduced to Muftah successfully will get into the welcome screen |
Login with UAE Pass

| Click on Login With UAE PASS button to login using UAE Pass account | Select the UAEPass (in the same device/ enter the UAEPass Identifier) | It requires the UAEPass authentication | Log into UAEPass application |

| Ensure, the UAEPass account is verified to login to ISKAN | Click on Confirm to authenticate | Enter the PIN number of UAEPass account | Users introduced to Muftah successfully will get into the welcome screen |
