Muftah enables the MBRHE users to check their housing application status using Get Housing Application Status services in no time with a better user experience. This document describes the procedure to check the application status through Muftah.

Get Housing Application Status
Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into the welcome screen consists of various Services list as shown below.
Step1:
Click on the Get Housing Application Status button from the Transactional Services list.
Step2:
Select any of the following options to help you inquire about your application status.
- By Applicant ID
- By Emirates ID
Click on the Back to the main menu button to go back to the main menu.
By Application Number
Check your application status by using Application Number.
Step1:
Click on the By Application Number button.
Step2:
Enter your Application Numberand click on send button.
Muftah need needs your confirmation to proceed next. Please provide Yes to continue or No if you want to change the application number.
Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes,
- File Number
- Service Type
- Status
Finally, click on the Back to the main menu button to get back to the main menu.
Please provide the correct Application Number or Click on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous menu.
By Applicant ID
Check your application status by using Applicant ID.
Step1:
Click on the By Applicant ID button.
Step2:
Enter your Applicant ID and click on send button.

Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes
- File Number
- Service Type
- Status

By Emirates ID
Check your application status by using Emirates ID.
Step1:
Click on By Emirates ID button.
Step2:
Enter yourEmirates ID and click on send button.
Muftah need needs your confirmation to proceed next. Please provide Yes to continue or No if you want to change Emirates ID.
Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes,
- File Number
- Service Type
- Status
Finally, click on the Back to the main menu button to get back to the main menu.
Please provide the correct Emirates ID or Click on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous menu.
