Download the application from Appstore or Google Play Store in on iOS or Android devices respectively and install itOpen the ISKAN mobile applicationTap on Floating button Tap on Chatbot (Talk with Muftah)  icon to start to chat with Muftah










Introduce yourself by providing Contact Information or using the UAE Pass channel.

Introduce yourself to Muftah by providing Contact Information 

Muftah requires needs basic information about users before proceeding to chatbot environment.

Please enter your Contact Information,

  • Name (mandatory)
  • Mobile Number (mandatory)
  • E-mail (optional)

Tap on Submit button to complete your introduction

Users introduced to Muftah successfully will get into the welcome screen






Login with UAE Pass



Click on Login With UAE PASS button to login using the UAE Pass accountSelect the UAEPass UAE Pass (in the same device/ enter the UAEPass UAE Pass Identifier)It requires the UAEPass UAE Pass authenticationLog into UAEPass UAE Pass application

Mode of Inputs to Muftah:

 Tap on the Text box (Type your message...) to type your input manually in text format.

 Tap on the Audio button () to provide input in as voice format where Muftah recognizes your speech and convert it to text input.
