Get Housing Application Status
Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into the welcome screen consists of various Services list as shown below.
Step1:
Click on the Get Housing Application Status button from the Transactional Services list.
Step2:
Select any of the following options to help you inquire about your application status.
- By Applicant ID
- By Emirates ID
Click on the Back to the main menu button to go back to the main menu.
By Application Number
Check your application status by using Application Number.
Step1:
Click on the By Application Number button.
Step2:
Enter your Application Number.
Muftah asks for your confirmation to proceed next. Select option Yes to continue or No if you want to change the application number.
Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes,
- File Number
- Service Type
- Status
Finally, Select option Yesfor any other service or help, or option Noto end the chat.

Finally, click on the Back to main menu button to get back to the main menu.
Click on No button to change Application number
Please provide the correct Application Number or Click on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous menu.
By Applicant ID
Check your application status by using Applicant ID.
Step1:
Click on the By Applicant ID button.
Step2:
Enter your Applicant ID
Muftah asks for your confirmation to proceed next. Select option Yes to continue or No if you want to change the applicant Applicant ID.
Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes
- File Number
- Service Type
- Status
Finally, Select option Yesfor any other service or help, or option Noto end the chat.

Click on the No button to change Applicant IDId.
Please provide the correct Applicant ID Id or Click on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous menu.
By Emirates ID
Check your application status by using Emirates ID.
Step1:
Click on the By Emirates ID button.
Step2:
Enter your Emirates ID.
Muftah asks for your confirmation to proceed next. Select option Yes to continue or No if you want to change Emirates ID.
Step3:
Click on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process.
Step4:
View your Housing Application Status which includes,

- Service Type
- Status
