UAE PASS is a single digital identity that allows UAE citizens and residents to access all government services using a single trusted platform. It is a mobile app-based solution.

The following sections describe the procedure to create an account with the UAE PASS.
User can get the UAE PASS application from the App Store & Play Store
Register with UAE PASS in no time using anyone of the below methods.
- Register with Emirates ID (If the user possesses)
Scan the Emirates ID Verify the mobile number Secure the account
and email address by creating the pin
- Register without Emirates ID (If the user doesn’t have the Emirates ID)
Enter the personal Verify the mobile number Secure the account
information and email address by creating the pin
Register with UAE PASS using the Emirates ID (Scan the ID)
If the user has an Emirates ID, then register with UAE PASS by following the below procedure:
Register with UAE PASS without the Emirates ID
(Enter the Personal Information)
If the user doesn’t have the Emirates ID, then register with UAE PASS by following the below procedure:
Register with UAE PASS (Verify & Secure the account)
After scanning or entering the personal information, verify and secure the account.
What is Verified account?
The UAE PASS account is noted as basic account until it’s verified/ upgraded with emirates ID and other personal details required to sign a document. The account needs to be upgraded using one the below methods.
- Upgrade with the Trusted Account

- Online Kiosks
- Physical Kiosks
Upon clicking Upgrade, follow anyone of the methods shown below to upgrade:

Upgrade with Kiosks
Access Kiosks physically or online.
Thus, the basic account is upgraded as a Verified account.
