Muftah asks your confirmation to proceed next.

Select Yes to continue or No if you want to change Emirates ID.

Type highlighted keyword Yes or option number 1 to confirm your Emirates ID

Enter the OTP received to your mobile number

Upon entering the OTP, Muftah will display list of eligible services.

Select the desired service to create a new housing request.

Type the keyword or option number to select the desired service

Enter your Salary in AED

Select the Town Number from the list shown

Enter your Spouse name

Enter your Spouse Salary in AED

In Case your Spouse a UAE Citizen

Muftah asks weather you are one of the Homat Al Watan.

Read the terms and conditions then type option number 1 for Agree and option number 2 if you Do not Agree

Review your Personal Details provided and type keyword Yes or option number 1 to proceed next, or type keyword No or option number 2 for any changes

In case if user do not agree the terms and conditions

Read the terms and conditions then select the desired option

Type highlighted keyword Do Not Agree or option number 2,

Muftah asks you want to Quit, type keyword Yes or option number 1 to proceed next, or type keyword No or option number 2 for not to quit

Upon selecting the quit option, user has created the housing service ticket and will able to enter the following details later to submit.

However, the ticket remains open for 15 days to submit it.

Enter your Office Phone Number

Enter your Office PO Box

Review your Job details provided and type keyword Yes or option number 1 to proceed next, or type keyword No or option number 2 for any changes

For Job Status as Un Employed

Select the Job Status from the list shown

Type keyword Un Employed or option number 2

Review your Job details provided

For Job Status as Student

Select the Job Status from the list shown

Type keyword Student or option number 3

Review your Job details provided

Upon confirming Yes to the provided job details, Muftah will take you to the Financial details section

Review your Financial details provided and type keyword Yes or option number 1 to proceed next, or type keyword No or option number 2 for any changes

Upon confirming Yes to the provided Financial details, Muftah will display the required documents section

Upload the required documents by tapping on Add button () to take the files from the gallery or access the camera to take a new image
