Introduction to Muftah(WhatsApp)

Introduce to Muftah using ISKAN Web Application (E-Services)

Follow the simple steps listed below to introduce you to Muftah using ISKAN E-services.

Step1:

Navigate to MBRHE E Services

Step2:

Click on the Muftah on the bottom right corner of the page.

Click on theChat with Muftah (WhatsApp) icon.

Save the WhatsApp contact details to chat directly in future, else click on the Continue to Chat option to proceed.

Scan the QR code using your WhatsApp mobile application

How to use your WhatsApp mobile application to scan QR code?

Image Added Open your WhatsApp mobile application and Tap on the Menu () option	Image Added Select the WhatsApp Web Linked devices option	Click Image Added Tap on the LINK A DEVICE button to link your devices	Image Added Scan QR code appears on the web screen

Upon scanning the QR code user will be introduced to Muftah (WhatsApp chatbot) successfully.

User will see a default message on the text bar, click on the Send button to start the interaction.

Upon sending the default message, the user will get into Muftah welcome screen in both WhatsApp web and WhatsApp mobile applications.

Follow the simple steps listed below to introduce you to Muftah using ISKAN mobile application.

Image Added Download the application from Appstore or Google Play Store on iOS or Android devices respectively and install it	Image Added Open the ISKAN application in mobile	Image Added Tap on the Floating button More button on the dashboard	Image Added Tap on the Chat with Muftah ( by WhatsApp ) icon to start to chat with Muftah

Once you are introduced to Muftah you will get into a welcome screen, which consists of various services list as shown below.
