Create Housing Request
The housing-related services are accessed in Services tab → Housing and Dashboard tab → New Housing Request. Also, these services could be added in Favorite Services in Dashboard.
Login to the ISKAN application using any one of the channel UAE Pass or I Have Hosing Applications |
Tap on Housing Service Request on the Dashboard |

Select the desired Housing Request service from the section Favorite Services on Dashboard |

To create the Housing Request Tap on the desired service icon under the tab Services --> Housing |

Verify the prepopulated information and enter the required information |

Tap on the Choose Service button to select the desired service |
Displays the list of eligible services to select one among them |
Select targeted service from the list of eligible services and then tap on Apply button |
User's who are one of the People of Determination, Tap on the Radio (Yes) button to confirm. |
Select the type of the People of Determination from the given options |
Tap on the terms and conditions check box |
Read the terms and conditions then tap on the Confirm button |
Tap on the Next button |
Provide your Job Details and tap on the Next button |
Tap on Click to Edit button to edit your Personal information if required |
User's who have government support, Tap on the Radio (Yes) button to confirm. |
Select the type of Government support from the dropdown menu |
Select the Job Status |
Select the Job Status (Employed) Enter the Employment information as required |
Enter Monthly Salary in AED |
Provide the Employment information as required, and Tap on the Next button |
Upload the documents by tapping on Add ( |
Upload the images from the gallery or access the camera to take a new image |
Tap on Remove ( |
In Editing, tap on the delete ( |
View the attached files |
In case of the service is “Apply for housing construction” & “Apply for housing land”, the user needs to commit the obligation to build by submitting an OTP sent to the mobile number registered with the application |
Enter the OTP and tap on Submit button |
Tap on Submit button |
Thus, successfully applied a new housing request which is assigned with a unique Reference Number to refer. Tap on the Ok button. |

View the status of housing requests created on the dashboard. |
