Muftah provides Housing Cost Calculator services for grants users to get an overview about the housing project. This section describes the procedure to calculate your housing cost through Muftah.
Calculate the housing cost easily with no arithmetics, by following the below steps.
Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into welcome screen consists of various Services list as shown below.
Step1:
Click on the Housing Cost Calculator button from the Transactional Services list.
Step2:
Enter the Budget Amount in AED.
Step3:
Enter the Area to build in sqft.
Step4:
Enter the Average Cost in AED.
Let us continue with the default average cost by clicking on Yes button.
Muftah need your confirmation to proceed next. Please provide Yes to continue or No if you want to change any inputs.
Step5:
Click on Yes button to confirm your provided inputs.
Thus, view your Housing Cost Calculator report which includes,
- Outdoor Construction Cost
- Estimated Build up Area
Finally click on Back to main menu or Back button to get back to main menu.
Lets us select No button to change any input of housing cost calculator.
Select the input that has to be change from the list shown,
Budget Amount(1500000)
Area(10000)
Average Cost(300)
Click on the Cancel button to discard the change.
Let us change the Area by clicking on
Enter the desired Area in sqft and click on send button to submit or Click on Back button to discard the request and go to previous menu.
