Muftah accommodates the number of business services that provide information using the ISKAN application with a better user experience and saves customers time. This section describes the procedure for getting information on business services by Muftah.



Open the ISKAN mobile application

Tap on the  Muftah button to start to chat with MuftahTap on the Business Services button from the Informational Services list


Select the required service from the Business Services list,

  • Request for First Payment
  • Request For Running Payment
  • Request For Retention Payment
  • Supplier and Contractors Evaluation
  • Classification and the Nomination Guide for Suppliers
  • Request Openings File for New Project

Select the desired Business Services

Select the desired Business ServicesSelect the desired Business Services


Select the type of service by tapping on the desired Services button (for example, Suppliers Registration Services) from the list of business services.


Tap on the Suppliers Registration Services button

To get more information about the desired business services (Suppliers Registration Services), Tap on the desired services from the Service Card.
