Follow the simple steps shown below to learn how to submit your contact us ticket.
Step1:
Navigate to https://www.mbrhe.gov.ae
Click on عربى/ English to display the page in Arabic/ English language
Click on the Contact Us () button from the Home screen
OR
Step2:
Click on the Main Menu () button from the Home screen
Step3:
Click on Contact Us button under About Us section
Step4:
Enter your contact details for the following fields
- Name (mandatory)
- Mobile Number (mandatory)
- Subject (mandatory)
- E-mail (mandatory)
- Emirates ID (mandatory)
- Reason for Inquiry(mandatory)
- Type (mandatory)
- Comment (mandatory)
Select option Yes if you want a call back from the customer service team or else select option No to skip
Select the desired Reason for Inquiry from the list shown,
- Housing Grant
- Housing Loans
- Financial Services
- General Inquiries
- MBRHE Website
- Smart Apps
- Housing Social Consultation
Select the desired Contact Type from the list shown,
- Question
- Suggestion
- Complaint

Enter your Message
Step6:
Click on Submit button to submit your feedback or inquiry
Step7:
Thus, your feedback is submitted successfully.
Note down your Reference Number, which is required when the MBRHE team contacts you in the future.
