e-Services portal enables the users who have benefitted from House Loan to book a housing unit owned by MBRHE. This document describes the procedure to book the housing unit through the portal.

Book a housing unit

Book a housing unit in no time with simple steps listed below:

Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to the Dashboard which contains the Services section.

Step1:

Select the service House Booking.

The screen displays the housing projects owned by MBRHE that are ready to book.

 Filter the desired housing project. Refer the Note below.

 Click here: View the workflow of House Booking service.

Here are a few examples of housing projects that are categorized based on the style of a building.

• Local
• Islamic
• Andalus
• Modern

Each of the above style of the projects consists of houses that apportion as below,

• 2 floor + 4 bedrooms
• 2 floor + 3 bedrooms
• 1 floor + 3 bedrooms
• 1 floor + 2 bedrooms, etc.,

Each tile of housing project displays,

• Style of the villa
• Name of the housing project
• Number of housing units available to book
• Number of floors & bedrooms in each of the housing units

Step2:

Click on View details on the tile displaying the desired housing category.

The screen displays the 3D model of a housing unit and location on map for the selected housing category.

 Refer House Booking #Annexure A to know more details.

When scrolled down, the housing units that are available to book, are displayed that vary by land-area and price accordingly, where the building area is equal to all of them.

 Sort to display the houses in desired order. Refer the Note below

Step3:

Click on View details on the tile displaying the desired housing unit.

The screen displays the details of the housing unit selected.

When scrolled down, it enables the user to book the housing unit selected.

 The screen displays the 3D view and Location of the housing unit selected. Refer Annexure A to know more details.

Step4:

Select the method of payment to pay the booking fee:

• Cash deposit
• Pay by E-Payment

Cash deposit

Agree on the Terms & Conditions and click on the button Confirm booking, to reserve the housing unit selected, and deposit the booking fee in the Establishment of MBRHE.

Pay by E-Payment

Agree on the Terms & Conditions and click on the button Confirm booking, to reserve the housing unit selected, and pay the booking fee online to the Establishment of MBRHE.

Thus, the user books the desired housing unit successfully. ISKAN generates a PDF file as an acknowledgement of booking confirmation.

View booked house unit

Users can view the booked housing unit in the dashboard or in the House Booking service menu.

View on the dashboard

Find the booked housing unit in the widget. Manage your booking in the dashboard.

Step1:

Click on Show More to view more details of the housing unit.

Thus, the screen displays the details of the house booked.

Upon selecting the house booking service in the dashboard, the details of the booked housing unit displayed.

Annexure A

View the 3D model of the housing unit and the location of it on map.

 The image displays the 2D model of the housing unit that involves:

• Roof removed
• Rotated towards East
• Zoomed in

 The image displays the location on the map.

Annexure B

Upon clicking the button view details, the tile displays the selected housing unit and the screen displays the details of the housing unit that consists of:

• Zone: Location name
• Building area: Area of the building constructed
• Villa number: Allocated by MBRHE
• Number of bedrooms: Number of bedrooms available in the housing unit
• Number of floors: Number of floors in the housing unit
• Land area: Building area + the surrounding area that belongs to the housing unit
• Land number: Allocated by the Government 
• The price details: Cost details
