Login
Follow the simple steps listed below to login to e-Services portal as a customer.
Step3:
Select the user type as a customer by clicking on the Customer login button
The user can navigate to MBRHE guest portal by clicking on MBRHE logo
Channels to Login to e-Services portal:
Login either using the UAE Pass or Emirates ID channels.
Login with UAE Pass
Step1:
Select the channel Login With UAE PASS.
Step2:
Enter the UAE Pass Identifier (Emirates ID, email or phone number)
It requires authentication from the UAE Pass mobile application of the corresponding account.
Login using Emirates ID
Step1:
Select the channel Login with Emirates Id card.
Step2:
Enter the Emirates ID
Step3:
Enter the OTP received in the mobile number registered with MBRHE.
Navigate through e-Services portal
Have seamless navigation through e-Services by setting up the required settings.
Once logged into e-Services portal, find the below screen, which consists of various services displayed in tiles and widgets.
Click on notification icon to display the notifications received
Click on User icon to view & modify the user profile.
Settings:
- Set to receive the notifications on email & mobile as required
- Enable to receive SMS on login
- Set the communication language as required between English & Arabic
Dashboard:
Housing requests: Displays the housing request tickets created by the user.
My maintenance requests: Displays the list of maintenance requests created.
Maintenance awareness: Displays the general awareness messages and ideas about the maintenance of the properties.
