e-Services portal accommodates number of online housing services which implies no paperwork and saves customers' time. 

This section describes the procedure for requesting housing service in e-Services portal.


The page consists of


Request a housing service


Apply for the housing request in no time with simple steps given below:




Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to the Dashboard which contains the Services section.



Step1:

Select the Housing Request service from the section Services.



Verify the prepopulated information and enter the required information


User's who are one of the People of Determination click on the Yes button and select the type from the dropdown menu.


User's who have government support click on the Yes button and select the type of support from the dropdown menu.


Select the Job Status from the dropdown menu.



In case the service requested is Housing Construction Loan then the user needs to provide the Land Number.

Enter the Land Number



For Job Status as Employed

Step2:

Select the Job Status as Employed and Provide the Employment and Financial details, then click on Next button





Select the service required from the Eligible services listed

  • Apply for Housing Grant
  • Apply for Housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial/whole) grant
  • Apply for Housing land
  • Apply for Housing construction grant
  • Apply for Housing construction loan
  • Apply for Housing unit loan from local market
  • Apply for Housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial/ whole) loan
  • Apply for Housing loan
  • Apply for Housing purchase
  • Apply for Apartment grant
  • Apply for Housing Unit Rent



Upon clicking on Next button a new housing request with a unique ticket number is assigned




Step3:

Upload the documents by clicking on Add button




User can upload the required document by using either the options,

  • Choose File
  • Drag and Drop





Step4:

Click on the terms and conditions check box and accept it by clicking on the Agree button and then click on Finish button to submit the application.


Step5:

The user can view the successful completion of the application process and will be directed to the housing application page that he/she has previously created, in addition to where the user can create new applications.

Step4:

Enter the Finance information and click on Next button




In case the service requested is Residential Land Grant/ House Construction Loan then the user needs to commit the Obligation to build step by submitting the OTP received in the mobile number registered with MBRHE.


The user can modify and/ or delete the ticket before submitting it.

Thus, the housing request is submitted successfully. 


View the status of housing requests

Tickets generated for all the housing services requested, are displayed under the Housing Request list page.

OR

Find the housing requests on the dashboard.

 Click on Show more to view all the housing requests created.


View the status of tickets as Approved, Submitted, Rejected, Expired or Open.
