Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.
Step1:
Select the Change Service from Ready-made House Loan to Construction Loan service from the section Complementary Services.
Step2:
Select the desired application from the Applications to be changed list.
Click on the Apply/Modify button to apply or find the ticket details.
Step3:
Verify the prepopulated information and enter the required information
Step4:
Click on the terms and conditions check box and accept it by clicking on the Agree button and then click on Submit button to submit the application.
