Muftah enables the MBRHE users to check their payment status using Get Payment Status services. Get Payment Status service provides information related to Housing Construction Loans and Maintenance Grants services. This document describes the procedure to check your payment status through Muftah(WhatsApp).


Once you introduced to Muftah you will get into welcome screen, which consists of various services list as shown below.


Select the desired transactional services from the list of services

Type highlighted keyword Payment Status or option number 8 to check your payment status for housing construction loans or maintenance grants services.

Enter your Application Number

Muftah need your confirmation to proceed next.

Select Yes to continue or No if you want to change application number.



Type highlighted keyword Yes or option number 1 to confirm your application number

View your Payment Status which includes,

  • Payment ID
  • Percentage Completed
  • Total Bill Payment
  • Status

Finally type Restart or Exit to get back to the main menu.







Type highlighted keyword No or option number 2 to change your application number

Enter the correct Application Number

or

Type Restart or Exit  to discard the request and go to main menu
