Login to the ISKAN application using any one of the channel UAE PASS or    I Have Housing Applications

Select the service To whom it may concern from the section Favorite Services in Dashboard

Tap on To Whom It May Concern under the tab Services --> Informational

Tap on the Apply to Service button to apply for To Whom It May Concern certificate

Verify the prepopulated information and provide the personal information as required, then scroll down for more

Provide the personal information and tap on Continue button

Read the Recommendations carefully and click on check box to accept the terms and conditions

Read the terms and conditions and tap on Confirm button to accept.

Select the image as mentioned then tap on Submit button

A reference number is generated for the certificate request.
