Housing services are provided by Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) for the citizens of the Emirate of Dubai. It includes grants and loans in the most feasible way to make it easier for the citizens as per the terms and conditions. Muftah accommodates the number of housing services which provides information with a better user experience and saves customers time.



This section describes the procedure for getting information on housing services by Muftah.

Housing Services


Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into welcome screen consists of various services list as shown below.


Step1:

Click on the Housing Services button from the Informational Services list.


All the housing services are accommodated under loans or grants sections. View the services by clicking on desired service type loans or grants.



In the case of Loans

Follow the simple steps below to get information on the housing services under loans.


Step1:

Click on the Loans button to enter into the loans housing services section.


Select the required service from the Loans Services list,

  2. House Construction Loan
  3. Purchase Ready House 
  5. Flat Rent
  6. Loan for Purchasing Ready House NOT Owned By MBRHE


Step2:

Select the type of service by clicking on the Services button (for example, Ready House Loan) from the list of loans housing services section.


Step3:

Select the type of service from the Service Card under the particular loan housing services.

To get more information about the service click on that particular Services button from the Service Card section.

Step1:

Click on the Grants button to enter into the grants housing services section.


Select the service required from the Grants services listed

  2. Ready House Grant
  3. Financial Assistance Grant 
  5. Flat Grant


Step2:

Select the type of service by clicking on the Services button (for example, Residential Land Grant) from the list of grant housing services section.


Step3:

Select the type of service from the Service Card under the particular grant housing services.
