Introduce to Muftah using ISKAN Web Application (E-Services)
Follow the simple steps listed below to introduce you to Muftah using ISKAN E-services.
Step1:
Navigate to https://www.mbrhe.gov.ae
Click on عربى/ English to display the page in Arabic/ English language
Step2:
Click on the Muftah on the bottom right corner of the page.
Step3:
Click on the Chat with Muftah (WhatsApp) icon.
Save the WhatsApp contact details to chat directly in future, else click on the Continue to Chat option to proceed.
Step4:
Scan the QR code using your WhatsApp mobile application
How to use your WhatsApp mobile application to scan QR code?
Open your WhatsApp mobile application and Tap on the Menu () option | Select the Linked devices option | Tap on the LINK A DEVICE button to link your devices | Scan QR code appears on the web screen |
Upon scanning the QR code user will be introduced to Muftah (WhatsApp chatbot) successfully.
User will see a default message on the text bar, click on the Send button to start the interaction.
Upon sending the default message, the user will get into Muftah welcome screen in both WhatsApp web and WhatsApp mobile applications.
Introduce to Muftah using ISKAN Mobile Application
Follow the simple steps listed below to introduce you to Muftah using ISKAN mobile application.
Download the application from Appstore or Google Play Store on iOS or Android devices respectively and install it | Open the ISKAN application in mobile | Tap on the More button on the dashboard | Tap on the Chat by WhatsApp icon to start to chat with Muftah |
User will be introduced to Muftah (WhatsApp chatbot) successfully Start your chat with Muftah (WhatsApp) | User will get into Muftah welcome screen on the Mobile application |
Navigate through Chat with Muftah (WhatsApp)
Muftah Welcome Screen
Once you are introduced to Muftah you will get into a welcome screen, which consists of various services list as shown below.
User will see the welcome screen with Muftah's Greeting and introduction | Mode of inputs to Muftah
| Muftah provides the Informational Services to the users as, 1-Housing Services 2-Financial Services 3-Business Services | Muftah provides the Transactional Services to the users as, 4-Create New Housing Request 5-Get Housing Application Status 6-Housing Cost Calculator 7-Trial Loan Calculator 8-Get Housing Maintenance Status 9-Get Payment Status 10-Contact Us (Inquiry, Suggestion, Complaint) |

Muftah Direct Interaction
Muftah will navigate users to some common direct interaction keywords as shown below,
Muftah will take users directly to the informational services section when entered keyword as Services. Select the desired services by entering option number or services highlighted keyword, 1-Housing Services 2-Financial Services 3-Business Services or Type Restart or option 4 to discard the request and go to the main menu | Muftah will take users directly to the transactional services section related to status when entered keyword as Status. Select the desired Status services by entering option number or services highlighted keyword, 1-Get Housing Application Status 2-Get Housing Maintenance Status 3-Get Payment Status or Type Restart or option 4 to discard the request and go to the main menu | Muftah will take users directly to the transactional services section related to Calculators when entered keyword as Calculator. Select the desired Calculator services by entering option number or services highlighted keyword, 1-Housing Cost Calculator 2-Trial Loan Calculator or Type Restart or option 3 to discard the request and go to the main menu |
