This service facilitates to request a letter stating the housing services previously or currently benefited by the client.

Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.Image Removed

Step1:

Select the service To Whom it May Concern

Image Modified Click on Cancel to discard the request


Step2:

Enter the details required such as Idbarah number, Unified number, etc., and click on Submit


Upon submission, a reference number is generated for the certificate request.

The 'To Whom It May Concern Certificate' will be sent via e-mail in 2 working days.
