e-Service portal/ guest portal enables users to generate certificate for ‘To Whom It May Concern’ and the below section describes the procedure for the e-Services portal.




"To whom it may concern" certificate

This service facilitates to request a letter stating the housing services previously or currently benefited by the client.


Generate "To whom it may concern" certificate


Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.

Step1:

Select the service To Whom it May Concern 



Click on Cancel to discard the request


Step2:

Enter the details required such as Idbarah number, Unified number, etc., and click on Submit


Upon submission, a reference number is generated for the certificate request.

The 'To Whom It May Concern Certificate' will be sent via e-mail in 2 working days.


Click on Make new request to request for the new certificate
