e-Service portal/ guest portal grants users an option to calculate the cost of construction and the below section describes the procedure for the e-Services portal.




What are all the benefits of the cost calculation?

  • Users can have an estimation of total construction cost in the initial stages, so as to decide to proceed/ modify the housing service.
  • Users will be able to plan or manage the finance, for example loan, grant, etc., according to the cost calculation.




Calculate the construction cost

Calculate the construction cost easily with no arithmetics, by following the below steps.


Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, the user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.

Step1:

Select the service Construction Cost Calculator.


Step2:

Enter the Budget and Average cost in AED and the Area to build in sqft.

Step3:

Click on the Calculate button


 Click on the Cancel button to discard the calculation


 Click on Make new request to start a new calculation
