اختر خدمة النماذج الموحّدة من قائمة الخدمات التكميلية
The screen displays the housing projects owned by MBRHE that are ready to book.
Find the list of Villa Templates owned by MBRHE
Filter the desired Villa Template using options Number of floors and Number of bedrooms
Each of the above style of the projects consists of houses that apportion as below,
- 2 floor + 4 bedrooms
- 2 floor + 3 bedrooms
- 1 floor + 3 bedrooms
- 1 floor + 2 bedrooms, etc., with a maximum of 2 floors and 5 bedrooms
Click on View Designs button to view the desired Villa designs
Step2:
Click on View details button to display the desired Villa details.
Here each housing project is categorized based on the style of a building.
- Local Style
- Modern Style
- Classic Style
Each style of housing project displays,
- Style of the villa
- Name of the housing project
- Number of floors & bedrooms
- Starting price of the villa
Find the typical Floor Map view
Find the typical Floor Furniture view
Step3:
Click on the Apply for the service button to view the service form.
Step4:
Verify the populated information and provide the required information .
Step5:
Click on the terms and conditions check box and accept it by clicking on the Agree button and then click on the Submit Request button to submit the application.
Upon submitting the typical villa request successfully, user will see a pop-up to navigate.
- Click on the View request details button to view the Typical villas template and your booking details
- Click on the Back to home page button to go back to the main menu
تعرض الشاشة المشاريع السكنية التابعة لمؤسسة محمد بن راشد للإسكان الجاهزة للحجز.
ابحث عن قائمة نماذج المساكن التي تملكها مؤسسة محمد بن راشد للإسكان.
قم بتصنيف النموذج المطلوب باستخدام الخيارات حسب طراز المسكن، عدد الطوابق وعدد غرف النوم.
يتكون كل طراز من المشاريع المذكورة أعلاه من نماذج يتم تقسيمها على النحو التالي،
- 2 طوابق + 4 غرف نوم
- 2 طوابق + 3 غرف نوم
- 1 طابق + 3 غرف نوم
- 1 طابق + 2 غرف نوم.. إلخ، بحد أقصى 2 طوابق و 5 غرف نوم
انقر فوق الزر "عرض التصاميم" الموجود على القسم الذي يعرض تفاصيل النموذج المطلوب.
فيما يلي بعض الأمثلة لمشاريع النماذج الموحدة المصنفة بناءً على طراز المبنى:
- الطراز المحلي
- الطراز الحديث
- الطراز الكلاسيكي
يعرض كل قسم من مشروع النماذج على،
- طراز المسكن
- إسم مشروع المسكن
- عدد الطوابق وغرف النوم
- بداية سعر المسكن
الخطوة 2:
انقر فوق الزر "عرض التفاصيل" الموجود على القسم الذي يعرض تفاصيل النموذج المطلوب.
ابحث عن عرض خريطة الطابق النموذجية.
الخطوة 3:
اضغط على زر التقديم على الخدمة لعرض استمارة الخدمة.
الخطوة 4:
تحقق من المعلومات وقدم المعلومات المطلوبة.
الخطوة 5:
انقر فوق خانة الإختيار "الشروط والأحكام" واقبلها بالنقر فوق الزر "موافق" ثم النقر فوق الزر "إرسال الطلب" لإرسال الطلب.
عند تقديم طلب المساكن الموحدة بنجاح ، سيرى المستخدم نافذة.

انقر على زر الرجوع إلى الصفحة الرئيسية للعودة إلى القائمة الرئيسية
ابحث عن تفاصيل الحجز الخاصة بك، ثم انقر على زر الرجوع إلى الصفحة الرئيسية للعودة إلى القائمة الرئيسية.
