This section describes navigating through Muftah (Mobile Chatbot) in ISKAN mobile application.



Introduction to Muftah



Download the application from App store or Google Play Store on iOS or Android devices respectively and install it

Open the ISKAN mobile application

Tap on the Muftah button to start to chat with Muftah

Introduce yourself by providing Contact Information or using the UAE Pass channel.

Introduce yourself to Muftah by providing Contact Information 

Muftah requires basic information about users before proceeding to chatbot environment.

Please enter your Contact Information,

  • Name (mandatory)
  • Mobile Number (mandatory)
  • E-mail (optional)

Tap on Submit button to complete your introduction

Users introduced to Muftah successfully will get into the welcome screen




Login with UAE Pass


Click on Login With UAE PASS button to login using the UAE Pass account

Select the UAE Pass (in the same device/ enter the UAE Pass Identifier)

It requires the UAE Pass authentication

Log into UAE Pass application


Ensure, the UAE Pass account is verified to login to ISKAN

Click on Confirm to authenticate

Enter the PIN of the UAE Pass account

Users introduced to Muftah successfully will get into the welcome screen


Navigate through Muftah


Muftah Welcome Screen:

Once you are introduced to Muftah you will get into a welcome screen, which consists of various services as shown below.

Muftah provides various Informational Services to users as listed below,

  • Housing Services
  • Financial Services
  • Business Services

  • Get Housing Application Status
  • Get Payment Status
  • Contact Us (Inquiry, Suggestion, Complaint)
  • Get Maintenance Request Status For Ready House
  • Housing Cost Calculator
  • Trial Loan Calculator

Tap on the menu button (

Tap on Start Over button to restart the chat conversation.

Tap on Go To Top button to view your chat conversation from the beginning.

View day and date of chat displayed on top-center


Tap on the Back button or Type Restart to go to the main menu

Tap on the Send button () to submit your message to Muftah.

Mode of Inputs to Muftah:

 Tap on the Text box (Type your message...) to type your input manually in text format.

 Tap on the Audio button () to provide input as voice format where Muftah recognizes your speech and convert it to text input.

Talk with Muftah

Tap on the cross button () to end your talk with Muftah
