يساعد مفتاح في التقديم على جميع الخدمات الإسكانية وكذلك يوفر مفتاح المعلومات الازمة في قطاع الخدمات الاسكانية والقطاع الاعمال وبما في ذلك توفير افضل واسهل تجربة للمستخدم وتوفر وقت العملاء.

Follow the simple steps listed below to introduce you to Muftah.


Step1:

Navigate to https://www.mbrhe.gov.ae


Click on عربىEnglish to display the page in Arabic/ English language


Step2:

Click on the Muftah on the bottom right corner of the page.


Step3:

Click on the Let's Chat button to enter the introduction page.



Channels to Introduce you to Muftah:

Introduce yourself by providing Contact Information or using the UAE Pass channel.



Introduction with Contact Information


User can select the contact information channel by providing some basic contact details to introduce themselves to Muftah.

Muftah requires basic information about users before proceeding to chatbot environment.

Please enter your Contact Information

Name (mandatory)

Mobile Number (mandatory)

E-mail (optional)



Finally, click on the Submit button to complete your introduction to Muftah.



Login with UAE Pass


What is UAE Pass?

UAE Pass is a single digital identity that allows UAE citizens and residents to access all government services using a single trusted platform. It is  a mobile app-based solution.

Not having a UAE Pass account?

Refer to the user guide to navigate step by step in creating the UAE Pass account


Step1:

Click on Login With UAE PASS button to login using UAE Pass account.



Step2:

Enter the UAE Pass Identifier (Emirates ID, email or phone number)



It requires authentication from the UAE Pass mobile application of the corresponding account.


Step3:

Login to UAE Pass application on the mobile device

Ensure, the UAE Pass account is Verified to login to e-Services portal

Step4:
Click on Confirm to authenticate

Step5:
Enter the PIN of the UAE Pass account



Upon authenticating, the user will be logged into the Web Chatbot successfully.



Navigate through Muftah


Muftah Welcome Screen:

Once you are introduced to Muftah you will get into a welcome screen, which consists of various services list as shown below.


User will see the welcome screen with Muftah's Greeting and introduction.



Muftah provides various Informational Services to users as listed below,

  • Housing Services
  • Financial Services
  • Business Services



Muftah provides various Transactional Services to users as listed below,

  • Get Housing Application Status
  • Get Payment Status
  • Contact Us (Inquiry, Suggestion, Complaint)
  • Get Maintenance Request Status For Ready House
  • Apply To Whom It May Concern
  • Housing Cost Calculator
  • Trial Loan Calculator



Click on info@mbrhe.ae to send Email to the establishment.

Click on the Toll Free number: 80030 to contact our customer service.

Click on Start Over () button to restart chat conversation.

Click on Go to top () button to view your chat conversation from beginning.

Displays the Working hours and Customer Service timings



Type Restart or click on the Back button to go to the main menu




Mode of Inputs to Muftah:

 Click on the Text box (Send a message...) to type your input manually in text format.

 Click on the Audio button to provide input as voice format where Muftah recognizes your speech and converts it to text input.



When the user provides input to Muftah, the user can view his/her details like;

  • User Profile Picture
  • User Name
  • Input to Muftah



Click on the cross button () to end your talk with Muftah
