Open the ISKAN mobile application

Tap on the Muftah button to start to chat with Muftah

Tap on the Housing Services button from the Informational Services list

All the housing services are accommodated under loans or grants sections. View the services by tapping on desired service type loans or grants.

In the case of Loans

To get information on the housing services under loans follow the simple steps below,

Tap on the Loans button to enter into the loans housing services section.

Select the required service from the Loan Services list,

Select the desired loan services

Select the type of service by tapping on the desired Services button (for example, Ready House Loan) from the list of loan services.

Tap on the Ready House Loan button

To get more information about the loan housing services, Tap on that particular Services button from the Service Card.

Select the desired service from the Service Card

In the case of Grants

To get information on the housing services under grants follow the simple steps below,

Tap on the Grants button to enter into the Grants housing services section.

Select the required service from the Grant Services list,

Select the desired grant services

Select the type of service by tapping on the Services button (for example, Residential Land Grant) from the list of grant services.

Tap on the Residential Land Grant button

To get more information about the grant housing services Tap on that particular Services button from the Service Card.

Select the desired service from the Service Card
