Muftah enables the MBRHE users to check their maintenance request status for ready house using the ISKAN application with a better user experience and saves customers time.

This document describes the procedure to check the maintenance status through Muftah.




Open the ISKAN mobile application

Tap on the  Muftah button to start to chat with Muftah

Tap on the Get Maintenance Request Status For Ready House button from the Transactional Services list


Enter your Application Number 

Muftah asks for your confirmation to proceed next. Please provide Yes to continue or No if you want to change the application number.

Tap on the Yes button to continue your Application Status process

View your Maintenance Request Status For Ready House which includes,

  • Request Number
  • Request Date
  • Appointment Date
  • Status
  • Problem description



Finally, Select option Yes for any other service or help, else option No to end the chat.


Muftah Pleasures to help you!

Finally, click on the Back to main menu button to get back to the main menu.





Tap on the No button to provide the correct Application Number

Enter your Application Number 

or

Tap on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous menu
