Apply for Cancel In-progress Housing Service is the service of cancellation of the approved Application either (Grants or Loan) that approved by the Board of Directors for housing services in the organization's housing system. 



Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, user will be redirected to his/her Dashboard which contains the Services section.

Step1:

Select the Apply for Cancel In-progress Housing Service from the section Complementary Services.


Step2:

Find the list applications for the Applications allowed to cancel.



Step3:

Click on the Modify button to find the ticket details.


Verify the prepopulated information


Click on the terms and conditions check box and accept it by clicking on the Agree button and then click on Submit button to submit the application.



Step4:

Click on the Apply button to find the ticket details.


Verify the prepopulated information


Click on the terms and conditions check box and accept it by clicking on the Agree button and then click on Submit button to submit the application.



Step5:

Click on the View button to find the desired application ticket details from the Applications allowed to cancel list.
