Maintenance Loan Disbursement Contract complimentary service will be eligible for the users having a Housing Maintenance, Addition or Replacement (partial/ whole) loan approved application then only the service will display under the e-Service dashboard under the corresponding section.



Upon logging into the e-Services Portal, the user redirects to the Dashboard containing the Services section.


Step1:

Select the Maintenance Loan Disbursement Contract service from the section Complementary Services.


Step2:

Find the list of applications for the Maintenance Loan Disbursement Contract service.

Click on the Apply button


Verify the prepopulated information under the tab Complete the Service Form and provide the required information


Upload the Required documents by clicking on Add File button


User can upload the required document by using either the options,

  • Choose File
  • Drag and Drop





Find the list of documents need your Signature


Click on the View button to view the document details and click on the Sign button to Sign a document


Find the document details here user can Download and provide the Signature as well. Click on the Back button to discard the request.


Click on the check box to accept the responsibility and then click on Sign Here or Sign button to provide your signature.


Verify the prepopulated information and provide the required information for insurance payment
