Muftah enables the MBRHE users to check their housing application status using Get Housing Application Status services in no time with a better user experience. This document describes the procedure to check your housing application status through Muftah (WhatsApp).



The page consists of


Get Housing Application Status

Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into welcome screen consists of various services list as shown below.


Select the desired transactional services from the list of services

Type highlighted keyword Application Status or option number 5 to check your housing application status

Choose any of the following options to inquire about your housing application status.

  2. Applicant ID
  3. Emirates ID

            or 

  4. Type Back or option 4  to go back to the main menu.



Application Number

Check your housing application status by using Application Number


Type highlighted keyword Application or option number 1 to get started checking your status using Application number

Enter your Application Number

Muftah asks for your confirmation to proceed next.

Select option Yes to continue or No if you want to change the application number.

Type keyword Yes or option number 1 to confirm your application number


View your Housing Application Status which includes,

  • File Number
  • Service Type
  • Status

Finally, type Yes or option number 1 for any other service, or type No or option number 2 to end the chat.

Type keyword No or option number 2 to change your application number

Enter the correct Application Number

or

Type Restart or Exit  to discard the request and go to main menu



Applicant ID

Check your housing application status by using Applicant ID

Enter your Applicant ID
