Contact Us (Inquiry, Suggestion, Complaint)
Upon introducing to Muftah you will get into welcome screen consists of various Services list as shown below.
Step1:
Click on the Contact Us (Inquiry, Suggestion, Complaint) button from the Transactional Services list.
Step2:
Enter your Email ID.
Step3:
Enter your Subject
Step4:
Select the desired Category of your inquiry or suggestion or complaint to MBRHE from the list shown,
- Housing Grant
- Housing Loans
- Financial Services
- General Inquiries
- MBRHE Website
- Smart Apps
- Housing Social Consultation
Let us select a category as Housing Loans
Click on the Housing Loans button
Step5:
Select the Type of contact from the list shown,
- Comment
- Question
- Suggestion
- Complaint
- Bug
Let us select the contact type as Comment
Click on the Comment button
Step6:
Enter your Message.
Muftah asks for your confirmation to continue with your provided details. Please provide Yes to continue or No if you want to change any input.
Step7:
Click on the Yes button to provide your confirmation to Muftah.
Thus, your feedback is submitted successfully.
Note down your Reference Number as in the future MBRHE team will contact you.
Finally, Select option Yes for any other service or help, or option No to end the chat.

Finally click on Back to main menu button to get back to the main menu.
Lets us select the No button to change any input provided.
Click on the No button
Select the data to be Change from the list shown,
- Subject
- Category
- Type
- Message
Click on the Cancel button to discard the change.
Let us choose Message data to be change.
Click on the Message option to select as a change field
Enter your Message and click on the Send button to submit or click on the Back button to discard the request and go to the previous Menu.
