The page consists of


Login

Follow the simple steps listed below to login to e-Services portal as a customer.

Step1:

Navigate to https://www.mbrhe.gov.ae


Click on Ø¹Ø±Ø¨Ù‰English to display the page in Arabic/ English language

User can navigate to Dubai smart government portal by clicking on icon Government of Dubai 


Step2:

Click on the user icon on the Home screen to login to e-Services portal.


Step3:

Select the user type as a customer by clicking on the Customer login button


 The user can navigate to MBRHE guest portal by clicking on MBRHE logo


Channels to Login to e-Services portal:

Login either using the UAE Pass or Emirates ID channels.


Login with UAE Pass


What is UAE Pass?

UAE Pass is a single digital identity that allows UAE citizens and residents to access all government services using a single trusted platform. It is  a mobile app-based solution.

Not having UAEPass account?

Refer the user guide to navigate step by step in creating the UAEPass account


Step1:

Select the channel Login With UAE PASS.


 

Step2:

Enter the UAE Pass Identifier (Emirates ID, email or phone number)


It requires authentication from the UAE Pass mobile application of the corresponding account.


     

Step3:

Login to UAE Pass application in the mobile device

 Ensure, the UAE Pass account is Verified to login to e-Services portal

Step4:
Click on Confirm to authenticate

Step5:
Enter the PIN number of the UAE Pass account

Upon authenticating, the user will be logged into the e-Services portal successfully.



Login using Emirates ID


Step1:

Select the channel Login with Emirates Id card.


Step2:

Enter the Emirates ID 

Step3:

Enter the OTP received in the mobile number registered with MBRHE.


Navigate through e-Services portal

Have seamless navigation through e-Services by setting up the required settings.

Once logged into e-Services portal, find the below screen, which consists of various services displayed in tiles and widgets.

Click on notification icon to display the notifications received

 Click on User icon to view & modify the user profile.

 Settings:

  • Set to receive the notifications on email & mobile as required
  • Enable to receive SMS on login
  • Set the communication language as required between English & Arabic

Click on logout icon to sign out

Click on the Home icon to go to the Home page.

User can also click on the Globe icon to view the application in Arabic.

Click on the User Guide icon to refer the User Guide.

Click on the Search icon for quick search and easy navigation.

Click on the Confidentiality icon to view the confidentiality of Customer Information Character.

Click on the Site Tour icon to avail the web site tour.

Click on the Contact Us icon to provide any feedback or inquiry.

Click on the Accessibility icon to find the accessibility options.


Dashboard:

Widgets are aligned to find the features of e-Services easily.

 Services: Displays the services available in e-Services portal.

Complementary Services: Displays the Complementary services available in e-Services portal.

 Contractor Payment Requests: Approve or reject the request of payment to the contractor for the applications. Apply for housing construction and/ or Apply for housing maintenance, addition or replacement (partial/ whole) grant.

 Application Status: Displays the status of the approved applications.



Housing requests: Displays the housing request tickets created by the user.


 The stages of project completion: Displays the progress in the approved applications of Apply for housing construction and/ or Apply for housing maintenance, addition or replacement (partial/ whole) grant services in 2 forms.

  1. Chart: View the portions of loan/grant in pie chart and payments in bar chart.
  2. List: View the history of payments and related images uploaded by the engineers from MBRHE.

 Manage House Booking: Displays the details of booking a housing unit for the user benefited from Housing loan or redirect the user to complete the online booking of housing unit.

 Financial Status: Displays the details of the Financial status.

 Housing Projects: Displays the locations of the Housing projects owned by MBRHE.



 Maintenance Requests: Displays the list of maintenance requests created.

 Maintenance Insurance: Displays the details of the maintenance insurance created.

 Maintenance Awareness: Displays the general awareness messages and ideas about the maintenance of the properties.
